Victoria is a first year graduate student in the Crowley Lab. She is in the Medical Scientist Training Program and currently completing the PhD portion of the MD/PhD curriculum. Before starting medical school, she worked as a research assistant in the Ye Lab at Scripps Research in La Jolla, CA. She completed a MS in Biology in 2018 and a BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology in 2017, both at University of California, San Diego. She is weaving her clinical interest in OB/GYN into neuroscience, with her project focusing on the interaction of sex hormones and alcohol in the brain. In her free time, Victoria loves listening to music, trying new coffee shops and daydreaming of being at the beach.
