Julio Flores Cuadra

Julio is a first-year neuroscience PhD student. Before joining the Crowley & Drew labs, he worked in the Panama Aging Research Initiative (PARI) studying aging-related cognitive/health variables in Panamanian elder adults, and conducting basic research on Alzheimer´s disease in Dr. Maria Carreira lab. In his free time, he enjoys reading and playing videogames. 

Curios thing about Julio is that he was born and raised in Nicaragua, but lived in Panama for around nine years.
